Developed an interdisciplinary ecosystem connecting academia, industry, and international collaborators to strengthen research, workforce development, and innovation in electric mobility. Initiated internal and external EV taskforces bringing together experts from diverse technical domains (battery systems, EV charging infrastructure, power electronics, battery management systems, renewable integration, and smart mobility). Facilitated expert lectures, industry engagement, international collaborations, and curriculum design to promote research translation and address critical technological bottlenecks.
